Return Policy
All exchanges and returns require a Return Materials Authorization number which can be obtained by contacting Customer Service. All returned products must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging. Product and packaging cannot be damaged or marked. Returns will be authorized for standard stocking items purchased within 90 days of the return request. Return requests for non-standard products, products purchased more than 90 days prior to the return request and items classified as obsolete, slow moving or
non-stocking will be reviewed to determine demand and
Khrome Werks may either grant or deny a return authorization for such items in its sole discretion. All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Return shipping charges must be paid by customer. Items returned without prior approval will be refused. Khrome Werks reserves the right to deny any return based on any criteria it may determine to be appropriate. After authorization of the return and receipt, inspection and acceptance of the products, credit, net the applicable restocking charge, will be issued at the current sale price or the sale price paid at the time of purchase, whichever is less.
